Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect specializing in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) for a remote contract position. The role involves leading Salesforce implementations, collaborating with teams to design and deploy tailored solutions, and providing technical guidance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce, particularly in Service Cloud and FSL, and will contribute to Agile processes. This position is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce Service Cloud/FSL implementations and optimize for complex business processes.
- Gather and document requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement seamless integrations with Help Desk systems.
- Provide technical guidance to teams, mentor junior members, and ensure high-quality testing and validation.
- Create comprehensive documentation including design documents, system configurations, and process flows.
- Contribute to Agile processes, including writing user stories and managing sprints.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years Salesforce implementation experience, including 5+ years in Service Cloud/FSL.
- Expertise in Omni Channel, Case Management, Entitlement Management, Knowledge Management, and CTI/Service Cloud Voice.
- Proven experience with large-scale Help Desk implementations.
- Salesforce Certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with high-volume customer portals and middleware/integration tools.
- Familiarity with Service Cloud Voice integrations.
