Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimise scalable data models within Salesforce, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data model issues to maintain a robust and scalable data architecture.
- Simplify and rationalise the data estate across a complex Salesforce environment to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective data architecture solutions.
- Define and enforce data governance standards, best practices, and policies to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Lead and support data integration between Salesforce and external enterprise systems, ensuring secure and seamless data flows.
- Provide expertise in data migration, cleansing, and transformation during Salesforce implementations and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and resolve data-related issues, proposing enhancements when needed.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases—especially Service Cloud—and evaluate their impact on data models and processes.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Extensive professional experience as a Salesforce Data Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Data Architect certification (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of relational, dimensional, and NoSQL data modelling.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (configuration and customisation).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve data model issues within Salesforce.
- Demonstrated experience simplifying and optimising complex Salesforce data estates.
- Proficiency with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, SOQL, Salesforce Connect).
