Experience and skills: Minimum 5 years’ proven hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and platform ownership in an enterprise environment. Expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities including declarative automation, security, governance, and user management. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration toolset and accompanying add-ons. Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, Web APIs, and connected app management. Extensive practical experience in Salesforce Flows, including complex record-triggered flows, orchestration, sub flows, and error handling strategies. Ability to work independently, lead initiatives and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong experience in software development life cycle methodologies, including working in an Agile approach. Experience in release management and deployments, in particular a CI / CD framework. Excellent communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Salesforce Administrator Certification (required) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred).
