Summary: The Salesforce Administrator role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration within an enterprise environment. The position is based in London/Newbury, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office each week. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with advanced proficiency in Salesforce tools and integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
  • Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Implement declarative automation, security, governance, and user management.
  • Utilize Salesforce integration patterns, Web APIs, and connected app management.
  • Develop and manage complex Salesforce Flows and error handling strategies.
  • Lead initiatives and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Oversee release management and deployments, particularly within a CI/CD framework.
  • Communicate effectively with users, stakeholders, and teams.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce administration experience.

Experience and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and platform ownership in an enterprise environment.
  • Expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities including declarative automation, security, governance, and user management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration toolset and accompanying add-ons.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, Web APIs, and connected app management.
  • Extensive practical experience in Salesforce Flows, including complex record-triggered flows, orchestration, sub flows, and error handling strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, lead initiatives and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong experience in software development life cycle methodologies, including working in an Agile approach.
  • Experience in release management and deployments, in particular a CI / CD framework.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred).
