Summary: Zensar is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud to support global organizations in their digital transformation efforts. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to document requirements and deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will balance configuration tasks with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills and creativity. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, writing user stories, and building reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to document requirements and recommend solutions.
- Design and deliver custom solutions based on best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders through meetings and workshops.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Build reports and dashboards to meet complex business requests.
- Understand alternative data visualization options when Salesforce is not applicable.
Key Skills:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise.
- Declarative configuration experience across Sales Cloud Flow.

We are looking for an individual to be a strong practitioner of Sales Cloud. They will be expected to work closely with key stakeholders ( possibly up to C-suite), document requirements, recommend solutions based on best practise, or be able to design a custom solution to fit their needs. They will then be responsible for delivery of that solution. The balance will shift so they could be required to be working on the configuration side for long periods, but where needed they could have a strong customer facing role and need to be a strong communicator with a creative flair.
This is the essential skillset that we are looking for:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise – Understanding of product and able to configure Salesforce declarative configuration experience across Sales Cloud Flow – Essential to be able to build relatively complex Flows
- Strong stakeholder engagement – Be responsible for arranging meetings and workshops with stakeholders, leading the conversation.
- Able to write clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria – Able to document work and create technical specifications.
- Reports & Dashboards – Being able to take complex business requests and build reports & dashboards to meet requirements. Where Salesforce isn’t possible, understand other possibilities for data visualisation
Non-essential but Desirable:
- Experience with building Integrations (Apex knowledge)
- Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
