Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments
  • Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Build and maintain automation processes using flows, validation rules, and process builder
  • Assist in the integration of third-party tools and applications with Salesforce
  • Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data hygiene
  • Participate in (or lead) projects involving new feature rollouts, system enhancements, or greenfield implementations
  • Support the development of the Junior Salesforce Administrator

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team to support the implementation of Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and ideally with exposure to or involvement in a Salesforce greenfield implementation. You’ll play a critical part in shaping and maintaining our Salesforce platform to support our commercial and marketing operations during design, build and launch.
