Summary: The Salesforce Administrator role involves managing and optimizing the Salesforce environment through project-based work and routine administration tasks. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, perform configuration changes, and ensure data integrity. This position requires a blend of technical skills and business process understanding to enhance the company's Salesforce capabilities. The role also includes providing support to users and managing deployments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including complex flows, custom fields, and dashboards.
  • Manage deployments across environments using Gearset and provide post-implementation support.
  • Assist in integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems.
  • Support data migration and ensure data quality during project implementations.
  • Carry out day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management and security settings.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for Salesforce users and maintain data integrity.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for business decision-making.
  • Implement system updates with minimal disruption to operations and identify opportunities for improvements.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce automation capabilities and best practices.
  • Experience with complex Flows and custom objects.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with regular administration tasks.
  • Ability to implement declarative changes like validation rules and formula fields.
  • Experience with Lightning App Builder and metadata deployments.
  • Comfortable managing project work independently and collaborating with team members.
  • Nice-to-haves include experience with Litify, project management tools, and Trailhead Certifications.
