Summary: The Salesforce Administrator role involves supporting the deployment, adoption, and maintenance of Salesforce within the organization. The position requires collaboration with the Salesforce CRM team and stakeholders to optimize the system for business needs. The role is a hybrid position based in Kent, with a contract duration of 3-6 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Salesforce CRM team and other stakeholders to support the adoption of the Salesforce system
- User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing any issues and promoting best practices for Salesforce usage.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity and data migration processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information within Salesforce.
- Salesforce Administration: Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Customisation and Development: Implement custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to enhance system functionality.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator required; additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus.
- Experience in project management and proficiency in Jira is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and reporting. Experience with Salesforce Lightning is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support users.
