Summary: The Salesforce Administrator/Engineer role focuses on managing and enhancing the implementation of a loyalty program using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. The position requires collaboration with customers to advise on features, resolve issues, and ensure system health, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce administration and configuration. This role is based in London and requires two days of onsite work each week. It is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer to administrate the loyalty program implementation.
  • Advising customer on new SF Loyalty features and releases.
  • Make modifications to the existing setup to modify programs, tiers, point accrual and redemption process, reversals and any gamifications.
  • Investigating and resolving issues reported by the customer, analysing and working on enhancement requests.
  • Explaining technical concepts to users and providing timely assistance.
  • Actively monitoring system health to take proactive measures as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Strong understanding in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud including member management, rewards and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Loyalty Program concepts, strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customization. Good understanding on Apex and lightning components and integrations with transaction and marketing system (SFMC).
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified App Builder.
  • Good to have Loyalty Cloud Accredited Professional.
  • Experience in delivering projects in agile methodology.
