Summary: The Salesforce Administrator / Engineer role focuses on managing the implementation and administration of a loyalty program using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. The position requires collaboration with customers to enhance their loyalty programs and involves both technical modifications and user support. This contract role mandates two days of on-site work in London and is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer to administrate the loyalty program implementation.
  • Advising customer on new SF Loyalty features and releases.
  • Make modifications to the existing setup to modify programs, tiers, point accrual and redemption process, reversals and any gamifications.
  • Investigating and resolving issues reported by the customer, analysing and working on enhancement requests.
  • Explaining technical concepts to users and providing timely assistance.
  • Actively monitoring system health to take proactive measures as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Strong understanding in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud including member management, rewards and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Loyalty Program concepts, strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customization. Good understanding on Apex and lightning components and integrations with transaction and marketing system (SFMC).
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified App Builder.
  • Good to have Loyalty Cloud Accredited Professional.
  • Experience in delivering projects in agile methodology.
