Summary: The Salesforce Administrator role is a 6-month contract position focused on enhancing the internal Salesforce function of a fast-growing SaaS business. The administrator will manage data, lead configuration tasks, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders to meet their Salesforce needs. This position also involves generating reports and working with the Revenue Operations team to support sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data within Salesforce, including analytics and migrations.
- Lead daily configuration and customisation tasks, such as creating Workflows and Flows.
- Work closely with C-level stakeholders to understand and deliver on Salesforce requirements.
- Build custom reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the internal Revenue Operations team to generate leads and produce sales reports.
