Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and administer the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to support business processes and customer journeys
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and permissions
- Ensure platform stability, performance, usability, and reliability through proactive administration and continuous improvement
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets to maintain secure and appropriate data access
- Maintain high standards of data quality through monitoring, validation, cleansing, and governance processes
- Support platform change delivery, including requirements refinement, testing, release activities, and post-release support
- Provide day-to-day operational support, including issue triage, investigation, and resolution
- Collaborate with Salesforce Engineers, Product, and Operations teams to ensure configuration aligns with architectural and governance standards
- Document configuration, processes, and user guidance to support long-term platform sustainability
- Take ownership of assigned work items, proactively manage risks, and contribute positively to team delivery
- Use AI tools responsibly to support triage, analysis, and productivity in line with enterprise governance and compliance standards
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative configuration (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, page layouts)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, object relationships, and data management best practices
- Experience managing Salesforce security (users, roles, profiles, permission sets, access controls)
- Awareness-level understanding of Apex functionality, platform settings, error handling, and reporting
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of Salesforce governance, environment strategy, release management, and change control
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams

This role focuses on declarative configuration, platform stability, data quality, and day-to-day operational support, working closely with Salesforce Engineers, Product, and Operations teams. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for a proactive administrator who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

- Willingness to continuously learn new Salesforce features and improve platform effectiveness
