Your Challenge: Driving Broker Relationships and Telephony Excellence
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee our Intermediary Support Team (Telephone Business Development Managers) ensuring strong, effective broker relationships while creating a proactive, solutions-driven environment that amplifies business opportunities.
- Broker Relationship Management: Establish and maintain trusted relationships across key Intermediary partners. Proactively communicate with brokers, ensuring registrations are seamless and operational processes are stress-free. Oversee weekly checks on declined applications, championing collaboration with Underwriting to unlock business potential. Drive follow-up actions for agreed DIPs and enquiries, ensuring business pipelines remain active and opportunities realised.
- Telephony Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the telephony team to deliver proactive, high-quality engagement with brokers. Ensure every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen relationships and drive successful outcomes.
- Proactive Management for Results: Attend weekly meetings with senior teams, ensuring events and communications are broker-focused and effective. Conduct regular accuracy checks across digital platforms to uphold the integrity of Saffron’s product information and branding. Collaborate closely with the Mortgage Processing team, resolving challenges efficiently for brokers and customers alike.
