The Role

A leading global technology and digital advertising platform is seeking a Video Specialist to join our Large Customer Sales team. In this strategic, client-facing role, you will partner with sales teams to translate high-level marketing strategies into sophisticated, multi-million-pound digital video blueprints, pitching directly to senior brand and agency stakeholders to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitching & Strategy: Deliver highly tailored video blueprints, pitches, and workshops for high-value client accounts.
  • Market Positioning: Position digital video effectively against both Linear TV (for Branding) and major social networks (for Social/Performance).
  • Sales Activation: Train internal teams on new ad products, scale objection-handling tactics, and share sales best practices.
  • Insights & Growth: Use data analysis to identify pipeline opportunities and secure incremental client investment.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Commercial Sales Acumen: Proven track record in quota-carrying sales or account management pitching to C-suite/senior stakeholders.
  • Large-Scale Video Strategy: Direct experience managing, scaling, and blueprinting multi-million-pound video budgets
  • Advanced Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of the modern video ecosystem (CTV, OTT, Linear/Broadcast, and Digital Video/AV).
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Ability to run campaign deep-dives and translate complex data sets into strategic client recommendations.

Note: This role strictly requires brand-building, TV, and social video sales expertise.
