Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise within a project/program/process across multiple organizations or in a large function/segment to accelerate delivery of the most impactful work.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Partner across teams to define program outcomes, create program framework, build an end to end delivery plan and establish governance model.
- Develop and drive the operating rhythm at the project/program/process level to set strategy, monitor performance, inspire teams and instill accountability.
- Partner across teams to identify impacts of all key changes, develops a clear change management plan and drives end-to-end execution on the plan.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a program and change management role with experience managing complex programs in SaaS, Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market.
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience driving projects related to high-touch account management or B2B sales/service motions and customer retention strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at VP level and above within a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs.
- Ability to use data and insights to support and drive decision-making.
- Proven experience in implementing operational and organisational change.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software such as smartsheets.
- Certification in project and program management, such as APM PMQ, and PMI PMP.

The role is an individual contributor that conducts activities such as managing strategic projects and programs, measuring and reporting outcomes, benefit realisation, and enabling scale through the design of globally aligned processes and frameworks.
You will be the program leader for two critical, high-impact projects: one focused on launching a high-touch account management sales and service motion, and a second aimed at enhancing and driving customer retention initiatives.
