Sales & Origination Administrator (12 Month FTC)

Summary: The Sales & Origination Administrator role is a dynamic position focused on supporting the sales function within the energy industry, specifically for commercial electricity customer accounts. The successful candidate will manage customer onboarding, communication, and support sales and account management efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Customer Account Onboarding: Ensure timely setup of new accounts, including contractual requirements and 3rd party agent appointments.
• Oversee Supply Registration & Data Flows: Handle the entire supply registration process, including industry data flows and account health checks.
• Manage Customer Communication: Monitor inbox and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders, customers, and 3rd parties via email and phone (occasionally).
• Support Sales & Account Management: Assist the sales and account management teams with customer service, billing, retention, and seamless customer experience.
• Process Leads & Tenders: Handle leads, tenders, and invoicing from TPI/brokers, while maintaining effective communication with all parties.
