Summary: The Sales Operations Team Leader at Brompton Bicycle is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the sales operations team, focusing on key markets in APAC, China, and the US. This role requires strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to support various departments while ensuring sales objectives are met. The position is a 9-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales Operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Sales Operations to ensure timely sales of bikes, parts, and accessories.
  • Safeguard order fulfillment according to the dispatch planner for managed countries.
  • Understand and follow the twelve-month rolling sales forecast for assigned markets.
  • Funnel information between customers and the business across departments.
  • Ensure all products are listed and available on the internal B2B site.
  • Chase payments according to the payment report and report back to the Global Head of Sales Operations.
  • Develop strong working relationships with assigned market customers.
  • Support sales of all Brompton products across assigned markets.
  • Support the Marketing department with internal orders and bike requests.
  • Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members.
  • Improve and develop sales tools and processes for new business opportunities.
  • Optimize existing processes for compliance, efficiency, and automation.
  • Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
  • Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and expectations.
