Summary: As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will enhance operational efficiency by collaborating with Portfolio Relationship Managers and the Finance team to support the opportunity life cycle and ensure smooth month-end closes. Your role will involve demand forecasting, Salesforce utilization, and maintaining stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance and audit readiness. You will also analyze sales performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement within the team. This position requires a proactive approach to change and strong interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Portfolio Relationship Managers to support the opportunity life cycle, providing valuable insights and influencing decision-making.
  • Partner with the Sales Operations Lead and the Finance team to ensure a smooth month-end close, with all variances and trends clearly explained.
  • Provide accurate and timely client demand forecasts to the Delivery Unit, Finance, and Revenue groups, aiding in monthly forecasting, budgeting, and account planning.
  • Maximize the benefits of the Salesforce tool by analysing the current pipeline for actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with all stakeholders and their teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure all processes are audit-ready and compliant, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
  • Collaborate with all areas of the unit to share knowledge, best practices, and facilitate standardization across the CAM and client Market Unit.
  • Oversee the client MU pipeline within THOR (Salesforce CRM), ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyse the sales pipeline and performance, providing insights and operational recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
  • Support the Sales Operations Lead in leveraging Salesforce tools and continuously improve your skill set to add value to the team and CAM as a whole.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience in providing key MI information to support business operations.
  • Confident communicator with attention to detail, a self-starter, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Enthusiasm for change and a proactive approach to encouraging new ideas.
  • Experience with THOR/Salesforce or other CRM software for reporting purposes is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
  • Competent user of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
