Summary: The Sales Operations Specialist will support and enhance sales operations by collaborating with Portfolio Relationship Managers, ensuring smooth month-end closes, and providing accurate demand forecasts. This role involves maximizing Salesforce utilization, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance and audit readiness. The specialist will also analyze sales performance and support continuous improvement initiatives within the team. This position is hybrid, requiring two days a week on-site in Telford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Portfolio Relationship Managers to support the opportunity lifecycle.
  • Partner with the Sales Operations Lead and Finance team for month-end close coordination.
  • Provide accurate client demand forecasts to various teams.
  • Maximize Salesforce tool benefits by analyzing the current pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure processes are audit-ready and compliant.
  • Collaborate to share knowledge and facilitate standardization.
  • Oversee the client MU pipeline within THOR (Salesforce CRM).
  • Analyze sales pipeline and performance for insights and recommendations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and skill development.

  • Experience with THOR/Salesforce or other CRM software.
