Summary: The Sales Operations Specialist role in Telford involves supporting and enhancing sales operations through data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and process compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Portfolio Relationship Managers to support the opportunity lifecycle.
- Partner with the Sales Operations Lead and Finance team for month-end close coordination.
- Provide accurate client demand forecasts to relevant teams.
- Maximize Salesforce tool benefits by analyzing the current pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Ensure processes are audit-ready and compliant.
- Collaborate to share knowledge and facilitate standardization across units.
- Oversee the client MU pipeline within Salesforce CRM.
- Analyze sales pipeline and performance for insights and recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
