Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the problem statement and project scope to deliver against key business objectives with limited guidance.
  • Develop project plans including workstreams and resource requirements.
  • Deliver aspects of projects in a high quality and timely manner.
  • Help identify relevant stakeholders and develop an understanding of their key priorities and needs.
  • Champion and challenge stakeholders to achieve better outcomes.
  • Help develop relationships and effective partnerships with stakeholders.

  • Deepen knowledge of industry and its ecosystem, customers and competitive trends to help identify opportunities and risks.

  • Help evaluate and scale process improvements across the business.
  • Help design and run implementation of business cadence to deliver effective and efficient operations and results.
  • Assist in the development of processes and programs to drive strong operational rigor.
  • Help develop hypotheses against an opportunity area or problem statement and test with quantitative and/or qualitative analysis.
  • Navigate data quality limitations and take steps to improve.
  • Extract findings from analysis into actionable insights that power the business.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations in a structured and compelling manner.
  • Conduct a strategic assessment to address an opportunity area or problem statement.
  • Help evaluate a range of solutions, assess the benefits and challenges and recommend a way forward.
  • Identify, define and track metrics to ensure progress against business objectives.
  • Help design reporting frameworks using core tools infrastructure where possible and surface actionable insights to help drive the business.
  • Help develop a product/sales activation strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Activate the strategy through execution and enablement to ensure key activities are delivered and targets achieved.
  • Participate in developing strategic narratives/business cases to influence product roadmaps and customers.
  • Help identify areas of collaboration to deliver better business outcomes.

Sales Operations Associate

Rate: £38.46 per hour (Inside IR35) - approx 80K p/a salary equivalent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Overview: As a Sales Operations Associate, you manage full project components and processes with limited guidance from your manager. You identify opportunities and solve problems within a given project scope. You demonstrate a creative approach to improving solutions to defined problems via selection of better methods, tools and resources. You navigate ambiguity by distilling insights and communicating them effectively. You build strong working relationships and partner across teams to develop business solutions. You demonstrate a strong working knowledge of market, product, organizational and cross-functional nuances.
