- Developing expertise in various sales tools and data sources.
- Preparing insightful sales reports and dashboards.
- Auditing data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborating with the global Business Analyst community to share best practices.
- Participating in requirements gathering for new features and process improvements.
- Representing the sales team’s needs for tool and process enhancements.
- Partnering with Marketing to manage campaigns and lead delivery.
- Driving process adoption within the sales team.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in sales operations or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Excel.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Qlikview (nice-to-have).

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Developing expertise in various sales tools and data sources.
- Preparing insightful sales reports and dashboards.
- Auditing data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborating with the global Business Analyst community to share best practices.
