- Participate in qualifying requirements for new features and process enhancements.

- Drive process adoption with sales agents.
- Work as a Project Manager to track needs and coordinate deliveries.
- Collaborate and lead within the team, including leadership responsibilities.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Finance, or Operations.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com administration (certification an asset).
- SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx are highly desirable.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, match, index, and complex nested formulas).
- Strong analytical ability to derive business insights from complex data sets.
- Expertise with Salesforce.com reports and dashboards.
- Proven understanding of relational databases.

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
Establish subject-matter-expertise on our various sales tools and data sources
Prepare sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com, MS Excel. Tableau, or QlikView is considered a plus.
