Summary: The Sales Operations Analyst II role at a leading biotech company in San Diego focuses on maintaining CRM integrity and supporting the commercial organization through data management and operational reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute ongoing CRM data stewardship including data enrichment, de-duplication, and general data hygiene across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and related objects
  • Monitor and improve data completeness and accuracy by identifying systemic issues such as missing required fields, inconsistent picklist usage, duplicates, and stale records, and coordinating remediation efforts
  • Define, document, and reinforce CRM data standards (definitions, required fields, entry rules) in partnership with Sales, Funnel Ops, Finance, and CRM stakeholders

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Operations, RevOps, or a related analytical/operations role
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms and business users
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data sets, identify issues, and drive clean-up and remediation activities
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI is a plus
