The Role
You’ll help to ensure new business is managed effectively by producing market appraisals for new vendors, keeping regular contact with them and providing updates. This gives you the opportunity to look after your own portfolio of clients. This role will also see you arranging and attending viewings, speaking with prospective purchasers and negotiating offers. You’ll be all over the database, ensuring applicants are managed and updated on new property listings whilst ensuring all customer details are up to date.
