Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and manage digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and enquiry conversion
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns and the company website
- Monitor campaign performance and produce reports using analytics tools to support continuous improvement
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and effective marketing activity
- Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Support brand development and wider sales and marketing initiatives across the business
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, ideally with a lead generation focus
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing systems and CRM software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
