Summary: The Sales Manager - Vice President for Global Transaction Banking will manage an existing portfolio while seeking new clients to enhance transactional flows and deposits for the bank. This role requires strong collaboration with Coverage Bankers and cross-selling with various business lines, particularly in cash and liquidity management. The candidate will ensure high-quality service and customer retention through effective relationship management and support for transaction banking products. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with a focus on building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the key sponsor for client Cash Management proposals and responses to domestic and international Request for Proposals (RFP)
• Liaise closely with Client Service Teams to ensure successful on-boarding/implementation and/or addition of new products and services
• Monitor and update client data and deals in CRM tool to ensure perfect communication with all stakeholders
• Monitor required credit facilities (Overdrafts, Confirming and Guarantees, if applicable)
• Launch credit applications, align with Credit & Risk colleagues
• Create seamless working relationships with other teams, including but not limited to Credit, Legal, Product and Client Service, both locally and internationally
• Implement and organize regular client visits and business travels

Key Skills:

• 5-8 Years experience in Payments & Cash Management
• Expertise in payment systems domestic & international
• Fluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus)
• Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint Word)
• Mix of relationship manager and pure sales capabilities
