Summary: This role is for a Sales Manager at Health Assured, a leading EAP and OH provider, where the individual will be responsible for driving the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members, coaching, and managing a team of over 15 Business Sales Consultants. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
- Conduct ongoing coaching and support for the Inside Sales team.
- Motivate and drive the performance of a team of 15+ Business Sales Consultants.
- Complete daily quality checks, live coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Review team performance daily and provide individual and team support.
- Monitor daily activity and support underperforming team members.
- Conduct monthly 1 to 1's to review performance and ensure targets are achieved.
