Summary: The Sales Operations Specialist role at a global manufacturer involves providing exceptional customer service and commercial sales support for High Purity Cellulose and High Yield Pulp accounts across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Coordinate the flow of information between sales representatives, agents, credit management, SIOP team, production planning, shipping, and customers
  • Collaborate with the credit department to assess customer creditworthiness
  • Complete internal control documents such as credit requests, trial/sample requests, and sales agreements
  • Work closely with Sales and Mill Representatives to provide accurate and timely customer specifications
  • Assist sales offices with order entry procedures and ensure accuracy

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role (experience in a multinational company is a plus)
  • Proficiency in SAP (SAP Hana & SAP R3 preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of sales and marketing practices
  • Fluent in English and one other European language (French, German, Spanish, etc.) (preferred but not required)
