12 Month Maternity Contract. Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our dedicated Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving and managing the sales opportunities across our portfolio .Reporting to the Senior Sales Managers, you will ensure all sales opportunities are maximised. You’ll conduct viewings of vacant spaces, identify customer requirements, and sell the benefits of the centre and Workspace. Customer service, determination, and negotiation skills are essential to be successful in this role. Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager, Head of Sales and Asset team, you’ll help to identify value-enhancing centre improvements, advise on queries, unit pricing and levels of demand. This role would be looking after sites in the West London portfolio of buildings.
