Summary: The Sales Manager for Digital and Data Aviation Services at Acron Aviation will be responsible for driving the growth of the flight data services business and supporting the rollout of new SaaS solutions in the aviation sector. This role involves establishing relationships with airlines and MRO clients, implementing sales strategies, and providing commercial guidance to enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will report to the Global Sales Director and play a key role in achieving sales targets and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the campaign for the sale of flight data analytics services globally.
- Establish and develop relationships with airlines, business aviation groups, and MRO operators.
- Implement tactical sales approaches to achieve sales targets and strategic goals.
- Provide commercial guidance to the customer support team.
- Take the sales lead in commercial negotiations with customers.
- Forecast revenue and market trends for effective planning.
- Contribute to the commercial aspects of service offerings.
- Understand competition and market relative to program offerings.
- Work with data analysts to enhance flight data services.
- Provide commercial insight to internal teams on new service ideas.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to drive sales and awareness.
- Organize participation in forums/conferences to position as a thought leader.
