Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable sales capability frameworks tailored to higher education admissions.

- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor team performance and individual effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and feedback to admissions staff based on performance metrics and call reviews.
