Location: Remote - Plano, TX (Preferred Hybrid/Flexible options available, with required in-office days in Plano, TX)

Job Description
Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct targeted research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within specific industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, legal, etc.). Qualify leads through initial outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone calls) to assess their needs and fit with TechSun Soft's solutions.
Outreach & Communication: Initiate professional and persuasive communication with prospective clients to introduce TechSun Soft's services and schedule discovery calls for senior sales executives.
CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain prospect and client information in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure data integrity.
Sales Collateral Support: Assist in customizing and preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for client meetings.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and delivery teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.
Reporting: Assist in generating reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
Learning & Development: Actively participate in sales training, workshops, and team meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable prior experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, account management, or a client-facing role, preferably within a B2B or technology environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in previous sales/outreach roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor for client interactions.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools is a plus.
