Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming event and booking inquiries for BrewDog bars across the UK.
- Support the UK Head of Sales in converting inquiries into bookings.
- Build rapport with guests to understand their requirements and create bespoke packages.
- Collect payments and pre-orders on time, identifying special requirements for bookings.
- Organize large events in BrewDog bars, coordinating with kitchen and front of house teams.
- Create and maintain a venue database with detailed information about bar capacities and capabilities.
- Proactively reach out to previous large events and upsell to auto confirmed bookings.
Key Skills:
