Sales Executive - New Homes

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the sale of a portfolio of new homes across Shared Ownership and Market Sale developments, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while delivering agreed sales targets.

Responsibilities include

  • Managing the sales process from reservation through to legal completion
  • Conducting property viewings and guiding customers through their purchase journey
  • Converting enquiries into successful sales
  • Building strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents, developers and other key stakeholders
  • Processing applications and ensuring compliance with affordability assessments and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
  • Providing expert advice throughout the buying journey
  • Working closely with development teams to maintain accurate property information
  • Attending development and project meetings
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring compliance throughout the sales process
  • Carrying out monthly inspections of vacant properties
  • Supporting colleagues across the wider sales team when required

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is passionate about property and delivering excellent customer service.

You'll have

  • Experience within new build property sales or housing sales
  • Knowledge of Shared Ownership, Help to Buy or affordable home ownership schemes
  • Understanding of mortgages, conveyancing and the house buying process
  • Experience managing new build developments
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Experience carrying out market research and competitor analysis
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between developments
