Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and respect team members to deliver an exceptional resident journey.
  • Respond to all incoming sales channels and initiate proactive outbound contact to convert leads.
  • Answer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries professionally and timely to meet sales KPIs.
  • Qualify potential applicants and ensure accurate data capture in relevant systems.
  • Convert inquiries into viewing appointments and leases to achieve leasing targets.
  • Conduct viewings and follow-ups with prospects.
  • Convert leads into residents through needs-based selling and negotiation.
  • Follow up on required documentation, contract returns, and payment processing.
  • Update property portals to ensure relevant listings are available.
  • Plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity.
  • Understand and improve knowledge of community features and amenities.
  • Support all communities and cross-sell based on resident requirements.
  • Promote the property and monitor competitor activity.
  • Assist with successful open days and event launch plans.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and other systems like Entrata/Yardi/Salesforce.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in a sales role in hospitality or similar environments.

You’ll be a part of the central leasing team responsible for key activities during the leasing journey of our potential residents. These activities include lead generation, qualification and conversion, scheduling and conducting viewings, closing sales and completing the required administration. Responds to all incoming sales channels and initiate proactive outbound contact to convert our lead database. Answer all calls, emails and live chat enquiries in a professional, engaging and timely manner to hit the key central sales team KPIs. Qualifies potential applicants and ensures all data capture and details of the contact are updated in the relevant systems in an accurate and timely manner. Converts enquiries and leads into viewing appointments and leases to achieve multifamily leasing and occupancy targets. Conducts viewings and relevant follow-ups with prospects. Convert leads and tours into residents through needs-based selling and negotiation. Follows up on potential applicant's required documentation, contract returns and payment processing. Updates property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc) to ensure all relevant apartments and properties are listed on the market and generate leads. Plans and organises daily activities to maximise productivity. Actively understands, updates and improves knowledge of community, amenities, units and local area features.
