Summary: The Sales Executive role involves providing exceptional customer service at a new property development site in Prudhoe. The position requires managing sales performance, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving financial targets while ensuring a high standard of presentation and compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should have experience in house building and be adept at negotiation and upselling. This is a full-time position for a minimum of two months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new build development and sales performance, maximizing profit and exceeding targets.
  • Ensure high presentation standards for the sales arena and development.
  • Maintain regular contact with purchasers throughout the reservation and build process.
  • Liaise confidently with financial and legal professionals to assist customers.
  • Proactively chase and create sales through various communication methods.
  • Provide knowledge of working drawings and new build processes during customer meetings.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business plan targets.
