Summary: The Sales & Event Manager at AndMunch will be responsible for driving sales and managing events within the food and beverage sector. This role requires a blend of strategic sales execution and hands-on event management, particularly during peak seasons. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in event planning and execution. The position offers a hybrid working environment with a focus on both in-office and on-site responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and meet sales targets.
- Oversee end-to-end event management, including logistics, vendor negotiations, and on-site coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring effective communication.
- Create detailed event plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and lead team members, delegating responsibilities for efficient event execution.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high service levels across events.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the food and beverage sector.
- Minimum 3-5 years of event management experience, preferably in catering.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client and supplier relationships.
- Competence in budgeting and financial management for events.
- Experience in operational and logistics management for events.
