What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll sit at the heart of the Go-To-Market organisation, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to deliver world-class enablement.
- Onboarding Excellence (30%)
Lead and continuously evolve onboarding programmes that set new hires up for success from day one. You’ll design engaging learning journeys, facilitate sessions, and ensure every seller hits the ground running.
- Coaching Through Insight (25%)
Dive into real sales calls to uncover opportunities for growth. You’ll guide Sales Managers through calibration sessions and turn insights into targeted coaching strategies that elevate performance.
- Sales Skills Development (20%)
Deliver dynamic training sessions covering prospecting, discovery, value selling, and closing. Your sessions won’t just inform — they’ll transform how sellers engage with customers.
- Product & Continuous Learning (15%)
Collaborate with Product Marketing to keep sales teams sharp and informed. You’ll create resources that build confidence and ensure messaging stays relevant and impactful.
- Enablement Operations (10%)
Track engagement, report on impact, and keep programmes running smoothly. You’ll balance strategy with execution, ensuring everything delivers measurable value.
