Summary: Our client, a leading global organization specializing in CRM software solutions for SMEs, is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Training Specialist for a 12-month hybrid contract. The role involves equipping sales teams with necessary training and tools to enhance performance, with a focus on onboarding and continuous learning. The position is based at their prestigious UK headquarters in central London, requiring three days a week on-site. Candidates should have a strong background in sales enablement and training, particularly within SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new hires
  • Delivering ongoing learning that drives performance improvement
  • Reviewing sales calls to identify coaching opportunities and skill gaps
  • Overseeing Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning for the sales teams

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement and sales training roles

  • Experience with Docebo, coaching and call evaluation systems (GSET), Slack or Amazon Connect

They are now seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Training Specialist for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week at their prestigious UK headquarters in central London.

Skills

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement and sales training roles.
  • Strong communication skills both when training sellers or working with stakeholders.
