Summary: The Sales Enablement Consultant role is a temporary position based in Central London, requiring a proactive professional to enhance sales effectiveness within a leading global technology organization. The consultant will engage with various stakeholders to map sales processes and create enablement materials. This role is focused on driving improvements in sales operations and requires strong project management skills. The contract duration is three months, with an immediate start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews across the business to map current sales processes, identify knowledge gaps, and understand how sales teams engage with products and solutions.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and other key functions to gather and consolidate critical business and product information.
- Translate complex product features, capabilities, and value propositions into clear, accessible sales enablement content that supports customer-facing conversations.
- Document end-to-end sales processes, capturing best practices, key messaging, competitive differentiators, and product knowledge required by sales teams.
- Assess the information and resources currently available to sales teams and identify opportunities to improve accessibility, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Create sales guides, playbooks, FAQs, and knowledge repositories that enable sales teams to confidently position products and services in the market.
- Act as a central point of coordination between business functions to ensure sales teams have access to accurate, up-to-date information throughout the sales cycle.
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and content libraries.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or similar consultancy role.
- Ideally experienced working within a global technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and enablement best practices.
- Demonstrable experience creating sales training content, playbooks, and onboarding programmes.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales enablement tools is highly desirable.

We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation to appoint an experienced Sales Enablement Consultant on an initial 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive sales effectiveness and improve enablement programmes globally.
Based in Central London, this role requires a highly organised and proactive professional who can operate in a fast-paced, international environment and quickly build credibility with stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.
A key focus of this engagement will be undertaking a comprehensive discovery exercise across the organisation, engaging with stakeholders from Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations to capture sales processes, product knowledge, and best practices, and translating these into scalable enablement materials for the wider sales organisation
