  • Research and identify potential leads, gathering accurate contact information and key decision-maker details
  • Qualify leads for the Business Development team
  • Track and manage all outreach activities using CRM tools
  • Stay up to date with eCommerce trends and industry insights to improve prospecting techniques

Key Skills:

  • A passion for sales, relationship-building, and helping businesses grow
  • 3 years+ of experience in an SDR, Business Development, or outbound sales role
  • Good understanding of eCommerce trends —you understand the industry, key players, and common challenges - particularly around (i) Beauty, (ii) Fashion, (iii) Home/Living and (IV) FMCG and (v) Electronics verticals
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to lead generation and outreach
  • Exceptional communication skills—confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections
