Summary: We are looking to welcome a confident and results-driven Sales Development Representative to our growing team. This role involves engaging in client campaigns focused on lead generation, appointment setting, and gathering business intelligence. The initial contract is for three months, with the possibility of extension and progression to a permanent role. You will be responsible for speaking directly with decision-makers and qualifying leads while maintaining accurate records in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound B2B calls to prospects on behalf of various clients
  • Set fully qualified appointments and collect relevant business intelligence
  • Record call outcomes and notes clearly and accurately
  • Adapt communication style to suit a variety of industries and clients
  • Ensure every call meets our quality standards and reflects our values
  • Work effectively independently and as part of a remote or office-based team

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound B2B calling is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone manner
  • Confident, professional, and able to quickly build rapport
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Results-driven with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Flexible and adaptable to support a range of client campaigns

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and fast-growing business in a key client-facing role. The initial contract will be for three months, with the possibility of extension and progression to a permanent role.
