  • Understand and align with ongoing sales priorities and targets.
  • Collaborate with team members, sharing best practices and feedback with your team, managers, and enablement.
  • Adhere to or exceed key KPIs, including Lead to Opp Conversion rates, meetings set, pipeline generated, MRR closed, average deal size (ADS), and speed to lead (SLAs), following up with the leads within a 10 minute period.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to help and direct customers to appropriate resources outside of a sales conversation.
