Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver JBP strategies and drive sustainable sales growth.
  • Negotiate trade terms, promotional plans, and P&L delivery.
  • Ensure flawless execution in-store and online, leveraging category insights.
  • Act as the central link between customers and internal functions (marketing, category, supply).

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record at Sales Controller or senior SNAM level.
  • Hands-on experience managing Top 4 Grocery plus Boots & Superdrug.
  • Commercially sharp, with strong negotiation and P&L experience.
  • Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced interim role.
  • Immediately available or available at short notice.

Interim Sales Controller – Grocery & Boots/Superdrug 4-Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Anywhere in the UK (2 days/month in London HQ, travel fully expensed)

Package: £80,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance (pro rata)

We’re looking for an immediately available Sales Controller to step into a high-impact interim role and take ownership of some of the UK’s most high-profile retail accounts : Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Boots and Superdrug . This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark, driving commercial strategy and execution across Grocery and High Street while bridging a crucial gap in the team.
