Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer relationships with Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Boots & Superdrug.
- Deliver JBP strategies and drive sustainable sales growth.
- Negotiate trade terms, promotional plans, and P&L delivery.
- Ensure flawless execution in-store and online, leveraging category insights.
- Act as the central link between customers and internal functions (marketing, category, supply).
Key Skills:
- Proven track record at Sales Controller or senior SNAM level.
- Hands-on experience managing Top 4 Grocery plus Boots & Superdrug.
- Commercially sharp, with strong negotiation and P&L experience.
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced interim role.
- Immediately available or available at short notice.
