Summary: Harpar Grace International is seeking a Sales Campaign Manager to spearhead the development and execution of its trade sales and marketing strategy across various sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the HGI Trade Go To Market Sales & Marketing Plan across all territories and sectors.
- Drive end-to-end trade lead generation and conversion strategy across digital, events, PR, and pathways.
- Implement lead nurture strategies and automated partner journeys to accelerate conversion and onboarding.
- Support existing partner growth and retention activities through targeted replenishment and cross-sell initiatives.
- Align marketing activity directly to commercial KPIs, revenue targets, and ROI.
- Ensure successful deployment of integrated sector trade marketing campaigns.
- Support industry profile building through exhibitions and events with a focus on lead capture.
- Track performance metrics and optimize activity to maximize ROI.
- Champion the HGI brand, ensuring premium positioning and consistency across all channels.
- Oversee management and optimization of the HGI website for trade lead generation and engagement.
- Develop compelling sales presentations and commercial materials articulating ROI and partner value.

POSITION SUMMARY Harpar Grace International is seeking a highly commercially sales-driven and strategically minded Sales Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of HGI’s trade sales and marketing growth strategy across all territories and sectors. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Brand, responsible for driving brand positioning, trade lead generation, conversion & new account acquisition, partner engagement & growth, and commercial performance across its key platforms and service offerings. A critical role in driving trade sales performance through marketing activation, you will own and be responsible for HGI’s growth plan — leading brand proposition development campaign execution, lead generation, pipeline development, sales enablement, and partner success initiatives — while ensuring HGI’s luxury, results-driven positioning is consistently represented across all touchpoints. This role will also play a key part in rolling out new concepts, managing the brand tools and materials, and optimising the HGI website as a core commercial and engagement tool.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Campaign Strategy Development and owner of the HGI Trade Go To Market Sales & Marketing Plan across all territories and sectors
- Drive end to end trade lead generation and conversion strategy across digital, events, PR and pathways
- Develop and implement lead nurture strategies and automated partner journeys to accelerate conversion and onboarding
- Support and facilitate existing partner growth and retention activities through targeted replenishment, portfolio depth, cross sell and upsell initiatives
- Align all marketing activity directly to commercial KPIs, revenue targets and ROI
- Supported by the Trade GTM Marketing Lead, ensure the development and successful deployment of these plans and integrated sector trade marketing campaigns
- Ensure specific brand activities, campaigns and activations are integrated into the HGI communications plan as per the individual brand plans, goals, targets and objectives
- Support industry profile building through exhibitions, events and thought leadership with a clear focus on lead capture and conversion
- Align sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets across prospects & partners
- Track performance metrics and optimise activity to maximise ROI
- Brand Identity & Proposition Development Act as guardian and champion of the HGI brand, ensuring premium positioning and consistency across all channels
- Develop and evolve HGI’s brand proposition, sales narrative, messaging and positioning
- Deliver and execute the HGI Brand Plan, brand tools and materials
- Oversee management and optimisation of the HGI website as a core commercial platform for trade lead generation, conversion and engagement strategies, working with Digital and Brand teams to ensure strong user experience, audience sign posting, engagement and ultimately, conversion
- Lead ongoing development and rollout of the HGI Success Suite partner platform, building out required communication kits and sell-in sheets as a compelling growth engine for partners
- Sales Enablement, Communication Kits & Pitching Tools Develop compelling sales presentations, pitch decks and commercial materials clearly articulating ROI, revenue potential and partner value
- Equip Sales teams with best-in-class tools and brand materials to support conversion, upselling and account growth
- Ensure tools and programmes are consistent, compelling and commercially effective, driving prospect and partner performance engagement and growth

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA
- Minimum 5 years in a Sales led or commercial role within a Trade Sales & Marketing, Sales Campaign, Trade Marketing Business Development or Brand Management environment
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, new business acquisition and account conversion
- Strong experience in trade lead generation, pipeline management, campaign deployment and sales enablement
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience managing CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Highly organised with strong project management capability
- Commercial mindset with results-driven approach
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, Shopify & Canva is advantageous but not essential
- Industry experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury brands preferred
