Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in selling dedicated offices and shared workspace across Somerset House, achieving budgeted income levels.
  • Support the development and marketing of earned income streams, including internal space hires and external meeting room hires.
  • Identify and target potential residents through creative and cultural networks, ensuring alignment with community and charitable objectives.
  • Conduct tours and liaise with potential residents, explaining contractual terms and community benefits.
  • Review workspace applications to ensure they fit the criteria for residency and contribute to the creative mix.
  • Support existing residents' changing space requirements and maximize retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance online presence and reach target groups.
  • Act as an ambassador for Somerset House Trust and advocate for the community's aims.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in selling workspace/venue hire space and achieving sales targets, preferably within a creative community.
  • Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships and handle difficult conversations.
  • Strong external networking skills.
