Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Sales Admin mailboxes, Sales Admin, Renewals, Accounts, Orders, Licensing, Sales, Bookings.
  • Maintaining streamlined business admin processes.
  • Produce all quote requests in a timely manner with a 48hr SLA.
  • Process all Orders in a timely manner with a 48hr SLA.
  • Keep all invoicing and Accounts related queries up to date.
  • Complete Renewals 2 months in advance.
  • Update all relevant spreadsheets for each stage of the SA process as required.
  • Deal with all bookings emails and bill back expenses to customers as needed.
  • Monitor the sales mailbox and forward important emails to relevant staff.
  • Ensure all licensing queries are up to date and handled promptly.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Business Admin Team Leader for escalated concerns/queries.
  • Foster a continuous improvement culture and implement initiatives to enhance the SA function.
  • Assist the full Sales & Business Admin Team / NOC as needed.
  • Assist with staff training as required.

Here's what the role looks like:

This is a temporary role to cover for maternity leave - initially for 12 months

  • Ensuring all licensing queries are up to date and dealt with in a timely manner
  • Working closely with the Sales and Business admin Team Leader in the event of any escalated concerns / queries
  • Fostering a continuous improvement culture and regularly assessing and implementing initiatives to improve the SA function as a whole
  • Be a team player and on hand to assist the full Sales & Business Admin Team / NOC should the need arise
  • Assisting with staff training as and when required
