Summary: The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween will assist the Store Management Team with various tasks related to the setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal store. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
- Maintain Guest Services in accordance with Company Standards.
- Generate sales and assist with sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations.
- Contribute to loss prevention efforts.
- Meet physical demands including climbing ladders and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
Key Skills:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical stamina for standing/walking for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move heavy items.
- Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
