Summary: The Sales & Delivery Lead is a senior role focused on business development, solution shaping, and overseeing early delivery within a high-end consultancy. This position is responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Driving new client acquisition across Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, Data and Cloud
- Owning end to end sales cycles from initial engagement to contract signature
- Acting as a trusted advisor during pre sales and early delivery phases
- Ensuring smooth mobilisation and delivery handover, protecting margin and client satisfaction
- Growing accounts into long term, repeat revenue relationships
- Identify and pursue new Oracle led consulting opportunities across the UK, Europe, and Middle East
- Leverage personal networks, referrals, partners, and targeted outbound activity
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand client challenges and transformation goals
- Position Techspire's value proposition: senior led delivery, Big 4 quality, pragmatic execution
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close
- Develop account strategies aligned to Techspire's core offerings: Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM; Data, Reporting, and AI; Programme and Transformation Assurance
- Build and maintain a strong, forecastable pipeline using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Work closely with the Founder and senior consultants to define scope, delivery approach, and commercials
- Translate business challenges into clear, outcome focused Oracle solutions
- Support proposals, statements of work, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Act as account owner during mobilisation and early delivery
- Ensure a clean handover from sales into delivery teams
- Stay engaged to manage scope, protect delivery quality, and identify growth opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, Programme Directors, and Transformation Leads
- Collaborate closely with delivery leads, programme managers, and Oracle SMEs
- Contribute to go to market strategy, service offerings, pricing, and sales playbooks
Key Skills:
- 15 plus years experience in ERP, Oracle, or enterprise technology sales or consulting
- Proven track record selling consulting services rather than software licences
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM, EPM, and data platforms
- Demonstrated success in complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles
- Highly consultative, outcome oriented selling style
- Strong delivery awareness including resourcing, risk, margin, and governance
- Strong CRM discipline using HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication
